Michał Mental graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, where he obtained a Master's degree in telecommunications engineering in 1998. He has long-standing managerial experience in the IT industry as well as in supervising and implementing IT projects in the field of automation, road telematics and traffic engineering. Since 2000, he has been associated with the WASKO Group of Companies, and since 16 April 2020, he has been the President of the Management Board of ENTE Sp. z o.o.

Patrycja Bielińska-Grotthuss is a lawyer who holds the professional title of Legal Adviser and the degree of Master of Laws (LL.M. in International Commercial Law). She graduated a Master's degree and a PhD degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She is a graduate of postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw as well as in Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She has many years of experience in legal advisory in the area of conclusion and implementation of contracts in the electronics, automation and IT sectors, as well as construction industry contracts in the telecommunications network design and construction fields. She has been the Vice-President of the Management Board of ENTE Sp. z o.o. since 1 July 2020.
