Data Protection Policy

Introduction

The www.ente.com.pl website collects data from system logs (data sent to the server by the computer when visiting the website such as the IP address). The system log information is used to generate website statistics.

The data from system logs are used for technical purposes and are not made available to other entities.

Cookies are used to ensure proper operation of certain website functionalities. The user may turn off the cookie mechanism in their Internet browser and delete the cookies generated by the website from their computer.

ENTE Sp. z o.o. uses the data collected using forms at ente.com.pl for marketing purposes and they are not made available to companies or third parties.

Consents to the processing of personal data

I agree to have my personal data provided by me in the contract form processed by the Controller – ENTE Sp. z o.o. – with its registered office at ul. Gaudiego 7, 44-100 Gliwice in order for ENTE z o.o. to respond to my inquiry.

 

I understand that the provision of data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the aforementioned inquiry. The consent granted by me serves as grounds for data processing by the Controller (Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR) and may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

 

The personal data will be stored for a period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or until the consent is withdrawn. If the consent is withdrawn, the data may be stored for a longer period if so necessary by law or for exercise or defence of legal claims by ENTE Sp. z o.o.

 

I have the following rights: the right of access to my personal data and right to receive a copy of them; right to rectify my personal data; right to erase my personal data; right to restrict the processing of my personal data; right to object to the processing of my personal data; right to transfer my personal data; right to withdraw consent to the processing of my personal data; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

 

The data provided will not be processed by automated means, profiled, or transferred to a third country or to an international organisation.

Re: representatives, employees, and other persons indicated by the employer for contact and performance of the contract

Pursuant to Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data collected in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract is ENTE Sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice at ul. Gaudiego 7, 44-100 Gliwice.
  2. ENTE Sp. z o.o. acquired your personal data from the entity for which you work.
  3. The scope of the processing of personal data covers identification data (first name, last name) and contact data (phone number, email address).
  4. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by the controller or by a third party) to:
    • perform the contract, verify the due performance of the contract, make settlements, and exercise claims,
    • handle complaints, claims, and inquiries,
    • carry out audit and inspections activities,
    • recover debts and ensure the seizure of assets.
  5. Your personal data will be stored until the contract is completed for the purposes of which the personal data were collected unless a longer processing period is necessary due to archiving obligations of the Controller, exercising claims, or due to other legal requirements.
  6. Your personal data may be made available to law firms, consultancy firms, and other entities and authorities with which ENTE Sp. z o.o. cooperates in connection with the performance of the contract and at the request of public authorities or other entities authorised to access such personal data on the basis of general law.
  7. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
  8. Your personal data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area or to an international organisation.
  9. We would like to inform you that you have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectify and erase them (in cases specified in Article 17 of the GDPR), restrict their processing (in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR), the right to transfer your personal data (in cases specified in Article 20 of the GDPR), the right to withdraw your consent at any time without stating a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  10. You have the right to object to the processing of the personal data against (and in the case of) processing of the personal data based on the satisfaction of the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller – on grounds relating to your particular situation.
  11. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in Poland, i.e. with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you find that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
  12. Providing your personal data is a mandatory condition for concluding the contract. Failure to provide your personal data will result in the impossibility of taking actions necessary to conclude the contract, execute the order, make a purchase, or start contract-related works.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, please contact the Controller. The person who makes a request concerning the processing of his/her personal data as part of the exercise of his/her rights may be asked to respond to several questions concerning her personal data in order to verify his/her identity.

Re: natural persons, including self-employed persons, from which personal data were acquired directly

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “GDPR”), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data collected in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract is ENTE Sp. z o.o., based in Gliwice at ul. Gaudiego 7, 44-100 Gliwice.
  2. Your personal data will be processed to:
    • perform activities aimed to conclude and perform the contract, with a legal basis for processing being specified in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
    • comply with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject in order to perform the contract by the Controller, with a legal basis for processing being specified in Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
